  • Ultra-High Purity (UHP): Available in grades such as 5.0 (99.999%), 5.2 (99.9992%), 5.5 (99.9995%), 5.8 (99.9998%), or 6.0 (99.9999%).
  • Quality Assurance: Specialized valves and cylinders are required, along with strict handling procedures to maintain cleanliness and gas stability.
